Rooms to try this week: Golden Week and AAPI Heritage Month

Ganda Suthivarakom

Apr 28, 2021

Golden Week in Japan is celebrated from April 29, 2021 to May 5, 2021, featuring four major holidays: the former Emperor Showa’s birthday, Constitution Day, Greenery Day, and Children’s Day. May is also Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

To honor both of those holidays, we’ve added 17 new rooms to help everyone appreciate nature, tea, and Asian-American prints. (Props to our designer for making me the boba shop of my dreams, where the tapioca flows freely, unconstrained by global cargo shipping problems.)

We’ve included a small sample of what we’ve added below. To see all 17 rooms, go to the Rooms tab, click on ‘+ More Rooms…’ at the top, and add these to your list.
